Due to limited availability, and high demand, for boarding of pets through the holidays, a Deposit is required at the time of reservation. A total of $25 deposit per pet will be credited to your account and go towards boarding charges when a reservation is kept. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so at least 3 days prior to the drop-off date and the deposit will be left on your account as a credit toward future treatments/products. If a boarding reservation is cancelled after 3 days prior, your deposit is then non-refundable.
When boarding spaces are fully booked, we can add you pet to the wait list. You will be called if a reservation cancels. Please help us by leaving your first and last name, a good contact number, and the pet's name, breed and weight.
Pets must be dropped of at least 1 hour prior to closing. Holiday hours are as follows:
Wednesday, November 22nd: 8:00a-12:00p - Thanksgiving 11/23 CLOSED
Saturday December 23rd - Christmas Day 12/25 - CLOSED
Saturday December 30th - New Years Day 1/1 - CLOSED
General Boarding Requirements
Boarders must be dropped off at least 1 hour prior to close on any day. You may pick up any time we are opened.
New clients will need a deposit of 1/2 of the boarding visit paid at drop-off.
If you are new to us or have vaccines updated elsewhere, we need a copy of records brought in or faxed/emailed to us at least 2 days prior to boarding.
Please bring any medications, special or preferred diets, and comfort items as desired.
Preventative Care Requirements
Dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella and Influenza (H3N2) vaccines. They also need a Negative Fecal Sample in the last 6 months.
Cats must be up-to-date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccines. They also need a Negative Fecal Sample in the last 6 months.
